1. Establish the economic engine to fuel mission.

C: Superfood Super Team
D: Synergistic Architecture & Construction Team
E: Facility and land maintenance and management. Ideally these persons are also mentors in their respective area. 

3. Acquire fertile land suitable for permaculture food foresting and building with local, natural resources.

4.  Establish in order of priority:

A. Basic accommodation (or camper van)
B. Clean Water and Electricity access.
C. Synergistic long term home(s)
D. Garden/Food Forest
E.  Music and Art Studio
F.  Bioptimization Center. (Gym, Cognition Training, Biohacking equipment)
G. Community Library/Ethernet Room
H. Pyramid Temple
I. Recreation facilities and trail network.  

5. Grow thriving social community. Continued cultivation of environment that is optimal for our spiritual growth. Try not to twist the octave and work against healthy intentions. Evolve positively with great holistic profit, AQAL( All Quadrants, All Levels)
